After seven years of community links coaching at local schools introducing over 4000 children to golf, Steve decided to take his PGA coaching exams in 2008.

N1GOLF & Steve joined forces in mid 2008 to create N1GOLF 4 KIDS.

Since the birth of N1GOLF 4 KIDS, Steve has built our most successful junior golf academy at Redhill Golf Centre. On average 120 kids attend various classes at the Redhill Academy each week. Recently he has also added to his portfolio, Tri-Golf coaching at local sport centres which include Donyngs (Part of the Nuffield Health & Leisure Group). Currently Steve also coaches at 10 different schools in the East Surrey area.

With lots of new ideas for 2009, N1GOLF 4 KIDS looks to grow bigger and stronger with our goal to become the largest junior golf coaching organisation in the UK by the end of the year.

Matthews passion for golf started as a junior member at Morristion Golf Club in South Wales at the age of 8, he quickly became a junior team player, and eventually  a 1st team player. Matthew has the honour of being the only junior member of Morriston Golf Club to have won the senior club championship.  Since turning professional Matthew has played in many P.G.A west Region Pro –ams with some top 10 finishes, and Played in a number of P.G.A welsh events. Matthew turned Professional when he was 18 years old, (starting his career in Ashburnham Golf club and then at Langland Bay golf club as assistant coaching professional), and by the age of 21 he became a fully qualified P.G.A Professional. Relishing the opportunity to play and most importantly coach golfers, of all abilities to get them to their desired  standard of play.

With coaching very much a priority, an opportunity to work for N1GOLF was an opportunity that was too good to miss, and Matthew is looking to further developing his coaching career at the Redhill Golf Centre. Matthew has his own style of teaching which makes it as easy and simple for the pupil to understand and carry out during their practise and playing, and coaches to meet the needs of the individual and their swing.

Gareth became a fully qualified member of the PGA in 2004. He started his training at Donnington Valley Golf Club in 2001. At Donnington Valley Gareth was the head teaching professional. His pupils ranged from complete beginners and juniors right through to county players and fellow professionals.

Prior to turning professional Gareth had competed in local and national amateur events, playing for Surrey at boys, colts and senior levels.

As a professional Gareth has been succesful in regional Pro ams having won 9 over the last 4 years. Gareth very much still enjoys playing golf both socially and competitively.

Gareth joined N1GOLF on July 1st 2008 and is very much looking forward to his new role at Redhill Golf Centre.

Will started his passion for golf as an 8 year old at Vicars Cross Golf Club in Chester.
He won the Chester Championship in 1990 and 1991 and represented Cheshire at Junior and Senior level.
He continued his education and after gaining an A-level in Psychology he completed his PGA Qualifications at Merrist Wood and graduated from Kingston University in Golf Studies.

After coaching roles at Carden Park, Guildford Golf Club, The Golf Studio and The Downshire he joined Cranfield Golf Academy and reached Level 4 out of a possible 5 Levels in their coach-training programme.

N1GOLF was the next natural step for Will and this has seen him attend regular training sessions which qualify him for PGA CDP points for continued learning.

In 2008 he coached the Berkshire Girls Birdie Squad and has been selected to direct the coaching for the Berkshire Girls Golf Academy in 2009.

With a total of 27 years experience in golf and 14 years golf coaching experience Will has developed a simple, fresh approach to helping players acquire the skills they need to be a successful player at any level.
