Declan joined the P.G.A in 1994 and is a Class AA member. He now has over 14 years experience within the golf industry, including Retail Management, Hospitality Days, Tuition Holidays and a passion specifically for Coaching. Respected for his coaching skills, Declan has gained his knowledge through research and working with some of the world's top instructors - including David Leadbetter, Dennis Pugh and David Peltz.

As the Director of N1GOLF Declan oversees the running of all the academies, Declan is still keen to help all standards of golfers and has a particular interest in Corporate and Individual coaching.

Grant has been coaching with n1golf since it started in 2005, and in that time has gained a great reputation in the area. Sandy Lambert is a PGA coach and a member of The Ladies European Tour.  A British and English International for 20 years, obtaining a handicap of plus 3(-3) and playing for 2 years on The Ladies European Tour, she started teaching in 1997.

Coaching is Sandy’s passion.   She does not teach a method but works with the individual to achieve their potential.  Her highly individualised and supportive approach to coaching reflects not only her own experiences as a player, but pupils also benefit from her wide, up-to-date knowledge of swing technique, course management, fitness, nutrition, and mental aspects of the game.  She has worked with and studied several top coaching professionals.  Her clientele now exceed 850.

Mike Upcott has been a professional at this range since 1987. Widely accepted as one of golf’s leading teaching professionals, Mike has taught thousands of people golf, from beginners through to fellow professionals in the time he has been a fully qualified member of The Professional Golfers Association in 1963.

Mike has always taught the game in a simple and easy to understand manner. He has run his own Golf Club since 1992 - Braywick Golf Club, which encourages beginners and inexperienced people to join.
