Paul Harrison - Director of Coaching

Paul is Director of Coaching for N1Golf – the largest tuition academy group in the UK. He is a PGA Advanced Professional in his specialist field of golf coaching. This qualification has been awarded to fewer than 100 PGA Professionals within its membership of 7,500.

He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to provide his golfers with a highly personal set of learning solutions!

Every new client undergoes a preliminary Player Assessment. This invaluable session answers the questions - How did I reach this point? Where is my technique now? What sustainable development is required?

Paul creates a fun and focused learning environment and never forgets that the person is more important than the golf swing. He uses slow motion camera/video in his sessions for those who wish to use this learning medium. A video clip is overlaid with audio, detailing the key issues within the lesson, and is posted on the N1Golf website in the player’s personal folder for their record and use.

Over the years, Paul has given over 20,000 golf lessons and helped countless golfers achieve their goals. These range from elite amateur players who have achieved golf scholarships, to US Colleges, to beginners with more modest targets. However, the common trait amongst them all is the desire to improve and the commitment to “work the programme”.

Paul’s sessions are all delivered with the energy and enthusiasm of someone who is passionate about his work. Paul’s coaching motto “committed to excellence and the needs of the individual” sums up his philosophy.
