Mark Sanders – PGA Professional Golf Coach

Mark Sanders turned professional in 2000 and has spent several years as a top level tournament professional, playing in the Open Championship and also on the European tour. It is whilst on tour Mark has developed an extensive knowledge of the golf swing, having worked with many of the top coaches in the world.

He has now decided to channel all this knowledge and understanding into helping golfers of all levels to see dramatic improvements, in not only their golf swings, but also with course management and psychology. He has become very popular for short game lessons in the region and has a strong following with many pupils who play at County level or higher.

Mark has a very relaxed but professional approach to his coaching style and advocates quality over quantity. "I am a strong believer in the pupil feeling calm and at ease whilst learning new information; I have found this encourages a better learning experience." Mark has a passion for coaching the future of golf, namely junior golfers, and encouraging them to be competitive and have fun!

He still plays in many of the West Regions flagship events and is considered to be a strong competitor, with numerous tournament victories to his name.
