Ian Mitchell - PGA Professional Golf Coach

Ian joined Hadden Hill to be Head Professional from Leaderboard Golf Centre in Reading, where he was part of Scott Cranfield Golf Academy, teaching full time.

Ian started playing when he was 10 years old and went on to win junior and men's Club Championships at Donnington Valley Golf Club. His first job was at Basingstoke Golf Club under the guidance of Ian Hayes, he then moved to Hartley Wintney Golf Club where he qualified in 1995.

Ian has 15 years experience in coaching and has coached from beginners up to European Tour Professional level.

Ian also still plays in the BB&O PGA Pro Ams, having gained 3 wins and regular top 10 finishes, and currently holds the course record at Reading Golf Club at 7 under par, gross 63.

Ian has completed up-to-date Child Protection Training, is CRB checked and has the required insurance to teach as a PGA Professional. Ian assisted the club in achieving the full GolfMark award in Spring 2008.
